Google Bad Review 1: Phoned up time after time to speak to my service adviser and was told they would get him to call me back but he never did. They want everyone's business and get the car booked in but once you take the car in, the customer service is a major let down. They would rather get more jobs from new customers rather than help the customers who's car they have in the workshop. I even said how urgent it was I wanted to speak to him.

My car was kept for 9 days and for 5 days they kept me waiting for a phone call to let me know what action they were taking to rectify a fault that has been causing problems with this NEW car for 6 months. Avoid this dealership with a very wide berth.
