Google Bad Review 1: Very unhappy with courier service. 24 hour delivery did not happen. Infact I do not know when delivery will happen. Am requesting a refund.

Google Bad Review (2): Purchased at £585 Ottoman. I chose Swyft specifically on the fact they offer fast delivery. On the day it was supposed to be delivered I received an email a few hours before to say it's not in stock and they will have to re-arrange delivery. Not the end of the world.
The next day, as I had signed up for updates for their products, I received a generic email sent to their customers saying the specific Ottoman I ordered was in stock – yet I had not received any news regarding delivery of the product I had already purchased.
I checked their website and saw they had 5 in stock. Later that day 4 in stock, then 3, until they sold out.
Still no update on the one I ordered.
I emailed the customer support, to be told they don't have any in stock still and no idea on when I will receive the Ottoman i ordered (Despite emailing many customers to say they had them in stock previously and selling at least 5 of them that day)
I emailed Swyft again on Friday, it's now Monday evening and I have no reply to a basic email requesting an update.
Still over a week later I am yet to receive my item and have any update on when it will be delivered.
I wouldn't recommend them purely on the poor customer service experience.
UPDATE – Order number is SWYFT82660. It's now been exactly 2 weeks since I ordered, order placed 15/11 today is the 29/11, and no update or notice of when my item will be despatched. I would disregard the ‘delivery in 24hr' tag line they use.
