Google Bad Review (2): Highly unprofessional agency, would not recommend. I can only agree with previous reviews which have suggested that the 5* reviews are fake – all coming from accounts with no previous or subsequent reviews is extremely suspicious in it's self.
Louisa entirely wasted my time and money by making me travel in to the office to essentially ask me the same heavily scripted questions she had over the phone – no doubt to meet one her KPI's – but turned out to be actually entirely pointless to both my job search and their business.
Having made the journey into their office for Louisa to reel off her script and ask me pointless questions about my parents wealth – how is this relevant exactly? I was told that she would be lining me up a range of interviews with it being necessary for me to attend multiple interviews on the same day… fantastic! well except for the fact that it is now 3 weeks since I met with Louisa and I have not heard a peep from her – despite making several attempts to get in contact with her.
Having only met with Louisa I can not say for definite that her lack of professionalism is the norm throughout the office – however the 1* reviews (attempted to be) hidden be suspicious 5* reviews speaks volumes.
