Google Bad Review 1: Absolutely shocking service and disgusting behaviour.

Please if you are looking for an estate agent look somewhere else. Always ‘unavailable' when trying to get hold of any property manger. The director himself was useless and does not have the the best intentions, very patronising/bullying behaviour. Even when ringing the Merton council for advice, they said this is not the first time SW19 have caused problems and advised we contact the local MP to complain. Screams volumes if the council is saying that….

After seeing the reviews on google I am shocked that people have even given them 5 stars, but when looking at the other low rated reviews it looks like other people have had very similar issues like us. The fact that they are continuously letting people down shocks me that they are still running.

I wish I had done my research and gone else where.

Google Bad Review (2): The director would happily lock people out of a property they were renting. LUKE BENNETT WILL HAPPILY LEAVE SOMEONE TO ILLEGALLY LIVE ROUGH ON THE STREETS. DO NOT TRUST HIM! He has also been to court for trying to sabotage another estate agency and has also told an Oversees national to get an English Oxford dictionary if they couldn't understand English. The staff are just the same. They have no customer service skills. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY IF YOU VALUE YOURSELVES!
