Google Bad Review 1: I purchased a valentines day arrangement for to be delivered to my girlfriend. We were both really disappointed. The arrangement was very poorly constructed and the presentation looked completely unprofressional. The quality of the roses themselves was really poor… many leaves on the greenery and roses themselves were already dying, and even more were worn out and dry. There is no way I would have purchased at this price (75 gbp) had I known the quality of the arrangement I should expect, and it led to a very disappointing experience for my girlfriend and I. I requested a refund, but the company said this could not be done, and advised that covid and brexit were to blame. Poor delivery, poor quality, poor service. Would not recommend or use again.

Google Bad Review (2): Very disappointing service. Ordered my bouquets for my wedding. Arranged my husband to pick them up a day before the wedding. I only saw them on the wedding morning when it was too late to change anything. The bridal bouquet was something completely different from what I ask for. Adding green to the sides what I specifically asked not to do, he didn't add the flowers that i wanted and the white roses was turning brown. He even charged my husband additional £15 for a flower girl bouquet although I didn't ask for it cause I didn't have a flower girl… very upsetting and disappointing. Would never recommend to anyone especially if it your own wedding and you don't want anything to ruin it. I can only assume because I didn't order the flowers for the venue and the order wasn't big enough (although 3 bouquets and 3 button holes was almost £200) he decided that it wasn't worth the hassle to please the customer…
