Google Bad Review: The reception staff (not all) at this surgery are absolutely horrific, rude and careless- I cannot believe there are people like this working front of house at a doctors surgery with vulnerable people. I can’t speak for the doctors at this practice as I’ve never actually been able to get to see one, but your receptionist has been rude, lied and even shut the door in my face when I was trying to drop some forms into the practice. Her manner was appalling and I’m completely disgusted with the way she spoke to me and others
