Google Bad Review 1: Took 24ct gold ring here to get resized and polished. Was told 2-3 days but took 7 days. They tried to buy it at first without me even hinting at selling it. In the end the guy took around 0.5 gr off for himself once i got it back.

The price of resize and polish was £25 but they ended up charging 20 (i wonder why). It was my fault i didnt tell him to weigh it and write down the grams on the little receipt they give you.

He basically stole around £23 worth of gold; very pathetic and devious. I shouldnt have paid anything since the bit of gold stolen was an unwarranted surcharge. The fella that gave me the ring couldnt explain why it was 0.5 grams less with his english and we wouldve gone in circles but i was just happy i got my ring back since it took 7 days.

Would rather have paid £45 instead of 20 and gold off the ring which has sentimental value.

Edit:

Thank you for your reply, i understand that a tiny layer of gold is removed during polishing/shining, 0.05 is nothing. But you should have given back around 0.7 gr and you only returned 0.3 (ring weighed 12gr and now its 11.2 + 0.3 returned from cut), i dont know where the rest disappeared but that much metal is not taken off with a polish/shine. I didnt know you were turks as that is a red flag that wouldve deterred me from asking for your services. Just because your shop was robbed last year it doesnt mean you can do the same to customers.

Future customers beware! If you trust these guys with shorting a piece of jewellery, make sure they write down the weight beforehand, that way they cant come up with nonsense about 0.5g disappearing into thin air.

Google Bad Review (2): Some restaurants should not be allowed to operate. Ordered chicken curry, rice and salad. After watching them nuke it in the microwave, it then comes out with just a chicken curry and a salad on the plate. I think they thought I wouldn’t notice that there was rice missing. The waitress said that they had run out of rice and obviously they couldn’t be bothered to inform me. At least the in the salad made up for the missing rice. I think they were surprised that I complained!! Can't wait to get food poisoning! Avoid like the plague. Too bad I can't make it a zero-star review .
