Google Bad Review (2): There are some excellent staff here who clearly know what they are doing but it is pot luck if you end up with them. Due to staff error I was booked in with the wrong therapist the day before my best friends wedding. I went ahead and the girl butchered my brows and left wax on my face. I complained, but the reception staff were rude and unhelpful. I paid and left. I then sent an email seeking a refund as I believed I should not have been charged for such shoddy service. 8 weeks later, numerous calls and texts with Hannah the regional manager and it is still not resolved. The utter incompetency is astounding! I was offered a complimentary treatment but declined. At this stage all I want is my refund and not to have to chase the staff to do their job.
As with any company you find out whether they are any good when things go wrong – and things will go wrong sometimes I fully understand that – but the handling of this situation has been reprehensible. I implore you to go elsewhere!
Edit: Since writing this review I have received the refund just under 2 months after the incident. However, the refund was for the incorrect amount. Further example of incompetence.
