Google Bad Review 1: I would just like to say this place has great expertise and probably a rather specific clientele they like to cater to! I happened to stumble upon some reviews on google and their claims of being the best hair removal salon in London and decided to visit them for what was supposed to be a good experience given it was the first time I was going for a wax service in London. In hindsight, I do firmly believe I would have been better off growing a forest instead of visiting Strip, since they not only strip your hair but also your dignity and your sense of self! The staff is beyond rude, and I did pause for 5 mins to think of a more suitable word but I guess the dictionary doesn’t have any! The staff treated me like they were doing me a huge favour by accommodating me just because I was 6 minutes late to the appointment (having informed them as soon as I could) and then decided to only do half of my service before sending me off! The whole experience was so appalling that you would never recommend this salon to anyone even if they had a free service!

Google Bad Review (2): Horrible customer service. I won’t come back even though I have unused sessions in my package.
– I booked hot wax, got strip wax instead. Appointment was originally 1hr 5 mins with hot wax – was now 45mins with strip wax. They said there was no time for hot wax and since the system said strip wax I thought I must have made a mistake – though I never ever book strip wax. Upon checking my emails I found that my confirmation email said hot wax and the first reminder email was changed to strip wax… without anyone asking me and me finding out when I was already there.
– I was 10 mins late because I had trouble finding the new location and the lady guiding me on the phone was annoyed claiming I received a call the day before telling me about the new location. I did receive a mistaken call the day before saying I was running late because they confused me with someone else… but they did not mention anything about the new location! JUST UPDATE GOOGLE MAPS!
– I was done bang on time (the shortened time with the strip wax and late show) and when I came out the lady at the front desk told me I should have been done 15 minutes before. So I discovered my appointment was cut even shorter from 45 to 30 mins – clearly to accommodate someone else and when I asked about that – instead of an apology – she said I should be grateful because they had gone above and beyond to even schedule my appointment in. I told her that was not true since I BOOKED ONLINE and booked two hot wax services that added up to 1hr 5 mins and she was adamant I had called and that they had to shift things to find space for me. I even showed her the email confirmation clearly saying the booking was done on a Saturday at 9:40pm when the shop was clearly closed and she still did not believe me.
Mistakes happen I understand that. But apologise! OR AT LEAST DON’T BLAME THE CUSTOMER
