Google Bad Review 1: My first time at North Finchley Storksen. Highly spoken by a family member experience. Althought I wasn't served by the same staff member I was very disappointed the way my natural and strong nails were done. For a start, Lai-Yan the staff member wasn't calm and collected. She did my nails in a rushed manner leaving my nails looking terrible. The way she did the cuticles were bad. I kept asking whether she could take more out because I know my nails very well. I havent done my nails over two weeks and usually the cuticles are the biggest reason i go to manicure. The way she painted my nails were also bad, it was clear to see that the painting wasn't done to perfection. Many gaps and shadows. But the biggest let down was the customer services. I wasn't talked to, she didn't explained or suggested any other colours or new colours. She seemed distress and very rushed off. After she put some hand cream on my hand, she said thank you and good bye.
I felt up set because not only is costly but I wasted my time in a place that seemed to offer great costumer services and high knowledge In manicure. I showed the nails to another member of staff and she offer to redue my nails and agreeded with my concerns. I'll definately not recomend Stoksen to anyone based on my own experience. They look well decorated but that's all.

Google Bad Review (2): As others have said below, extortionately expensive for what it is, a basic salon. Stephanie will give you fake compliments as she wants your repeat business, I remember feeling very uncomfortable throughout my treatment. Jola, another therapist, was very rude and cold when I arrived for an appointment.
My advice, go somewhere cheaper and with better and honest customer service, this place is too fake.
I never write reviews, but I had to after such an uncomfortable experience.

Absolutely hilarious that they assume I haven't visited their salon, when I have detailed an accurate experience. They obviously don't take criticism very well and only post up ‘positive' reviews on their Facebook. And if anyone dares criticise they call them a ‘troll' lol. What do my negative reviews on other local places have to do with anything? I felt the need to review after a bad experience. But no apology what so ever from you, that just shows what kind of salon you are. How would I know the name of the therapist who gave fake compliments and did a poor job on my eyebrows was called Stephanie? And the name of Jola who was rude to me upon my arrival?
I think everyone who reads this can clearly see my review is real despite your attempts to suggest otherwise.
