Google Bad Review 1: This is the worst and most unprofessional agency I have ever had to deal with. They brought along tenants that damaged the property, did not do any checks to the property and we ended up losing a lot of money as they had not kept the correct contact information from those who were renting the property. Their charges are very high and their service is slow and unprofessional. On top of that, for works that had to be done, they stole money from us by overcharging (e.g. 100 gbp to take out trash). I would recommend everyone to avoid them as much as possible

Google Bad Review (2): Went to do a viewing, location maybe not bad but agents trying to link you, at first they say someone offered £800 but the rooms advertised as £750. Waste of time not even professional, acting cheap & desperate.
