Google Bad Review 1: Terrible experience. Came in early in the day to get tested for covid (for travel purposes) and inquired up front whether the results could come in same day. We were told you only did PCR testing even though the online ads and descriptions said you did antigen testing. That was weird but we were assured we’d get them in 4 hours and guess what happened?
11 hours later, no results!! Flights are early in the morning so opportunities to get tested at the airport in time are next to none.
That creates several thousand pound damages for re-booked flights because of explicit incompetence of your staff. Disgrace.
How can you flat out lie to people, in their face? Terrible customer service. Why does your staff ask your customers to spell out the email and then literally require them to write it down for you as well? Why is storing personal information (which I’m sure is against GDPR) a thing in your clinic when you can’t do the basic thing of sending the results back? You had literally one job, because you ask your customers to self test too, and for 95£ that’s borderline theft. You’re not even doing the testing and again, the one thing you had to do (provide results in a timely manner), your clinic failed at.

Google Bad Review (2): Worst dentist experience ever with Javier Perez. Specialized in implants (in order to maximize his earnings), he is not nice at all and takes the patient for stupid, overuses anaesthetics to cover his rude manners, and has zero psychology. Worst he does not accept his mistakes and shows bad willing. Never see him again.
