Google Bad Review 1: I would like to write this review to raise awareness of this company “Stone Surface Ltd”. I was recommended by a member of staff at Wren kitchen to go to this company. Dealt with Harry first (The father) tried to sell me 20mm slabs, then second time I dealt with Mick (The son) he gave me a price £1100 more higher then the market going value. I went to five different places, for the exact same product I was quoted at least £1000 cheaper from all 5 places. I was completely gob-smacked the way I was almost about to get ripped off only because I said I came from Wren kitchen where i bought my kitchen from. (These Stone Surface they just give you a price £400-£500 cheaper then Wrens quartz price because they think that if it's any amount below Wrens it's fine. Really and truly that's unfair trading according to a individual's where they have came from..I found this disgusting trading. These guys are very over priced and if they know you came from Wrens kitchen they take advantage by trying to strip you with they prices. I would recommend try out these company's first because they gave me 30% cheaper price, same quality and quaility then Stone Surface.

Google Bad Review (2): They have a great selection of stone surfaces to suit all needs. The customer entrance is the same as where the staff appear to pass through. Beware, you might have to wait a long time as nobody will come and greet you. I had to phone them to get assistance. Once she came out to help us she was knowledgeable about her product range and was keen to research and get back to us with recommendations. This however is where it fails, we were told that she wouldcontactus in a coupleof days…. 4 days on no response or follow up. We have now gone with another supplier.
