Google Bad Review 1: The deal didn't go well the manager did not make it clear when we asked about the deposit which is I can confirm is “non refundable” no matter what they say. They also force a large deposit so you can't back out. They offered us a terrible price for our px compared to other Toyota dealers. After we bought the car we did not receive the V5 and every time we called they said they'd look into it and not once did they return our calls. Not good service for a Toyota dealer. Will not use again.

Google Bad Review (2): Am making this feedback based on my extremely bad treatment by “The manager” Mr Anwar am glad am not the only one who has complained about him on this reviews, actually on reading the reviews tonight after my experience I felt I needed to raise my concerns about the level of unprofessionalism.
Without going into the specifics at this stage am perplexed that a big brand like Toyota would have Mr Anwar as the customer service manager he lacks the training on handling difficult scenarios, I found him completely rude abrupt and insensitive and I felt very bullied by him. I would NOT recommend anyone wanting to have a pleasant experience to allow him to handle your purchase, I walked out in complete shock.
On the positive note a junior sale rep called Ben and Gary were very very (A+) professional, helpful and answered questioned positively even difficult questions and were the complete opposite of his boss and I found the sale room really well displayed -it's also worth Highlighting that.
