Google Bad Review 1: We had no end of problems with the care our mother received from the moment she moved in until her, I believe, untimely death. There were serious failings in all aspects of her medical, personal and general care. She was never looked after properly at Lady Sarah Cohen House and we have lodged a formal complaint.
My complaint has been upheld by the Parliamentary and Health Service Ombudsman that my mother's quality of life was diminished by the lack of care over her oxygen medication and her personal care.
Also in their failure to deal with my complaint in a thorough and transparent manner.
