Google Bad Review 1: Been highly recommended by friends, but no way near as good as we have expected, my steak had a HAIR stuck to it, even the waitress was disgusted by it, and then the drinks were flat. Probably be my worst experience in a restaurant.

Google Bad Review (2): We booked on the 26th for a birthday meal. We arrived and was asked if we wanted to sit outside given it was cold and windy we declined and after a wait at the bar of 10 minutes we were given a table and we ordered drinks. It was at this point we noticed the noise level.
It is no exaggeration that noise level was a kin to the dealing floor of the London stock exchange.
The Food.
When we ordered food my partner ordered fish and chips and our server gave her a look of shock and also i considered quite abrupt i ordered a steak.
When both meals arrived my fries were luke warm and tasted oily the coleslaw was not great and yes my steak was ok as it arrived on a hot stone so i could cook it to my taste however the side plate attached to the board was no substitute for a dinner plate.
My partner who had fish did not like the taste and when i tried it i would have to say it was not fresh and smelt.
Also on the bill there is a cover charge @ £1 per person. Therefore just to enter was £1 each.
I may be in a minority but i would not recommend and certainly would not return.
