Google Bad Review 1: (Translated by Google) After making a deposit of 250 euros on the day, we found ourselves without accommodation with our children at 9:00 p.m. The keys had not been left at the Check point and no possibility of reaching STAYO. This company gave no explanation and left us to fend for ourselves to find a hotel … in the end it was a real scam that generated a lot of stress and almost ruined our 4 day stay. For the moment no refund from Stayo for the refund of the deposit and a last minute hotel bill increasing the cost of the accommodation by more than 80% … advice, go your way!

Après avoir réalisé un déposit de 250 euros le jour j, nous nous sommes retrouvés sans logement avec nos enfants a 21h00…Les clés n’avaient pas été déposées au Check point et aucune possibilité de joindre STAYO. Cette société n’a donné aucune explication et nous a laissés nous débrouiller pour trouver un hôtel… au final il s’agit d’une véritable arnaque qui a généré un gros stress et a bien failli gâcher notre séjour de 4 jours. Pour l’instant aucun remboursement de stayo pour le remboursement du deposit et une note d’hôtel de dernière minute majorant de plus de 80% le coût du logement…un conseil, passez votre chemin!

Horrible… arnaque! Nous n’avons jamais eu l’appartement situé à BERWICK STREET et nous nous sommes retrouvés à la rue à 21 h00 avec 3 enfants. STAYO n’a jamais répondu à nos appels ni le soir même, ni le lendemain.
