Google Bad Review 1: I am still in disbelief at the way we were treated at the breast clinic today. Uncaring, unprofessional and to put it mildly simply rude!! Have never experienced such poor service from the NHS, hopefully my first and last experience of Barts breast clinic!! If I could I would have given 0 stars.

Google Bad Review (2): Been to the Cardiology. Waiting time at Clinic 1 was more than 2 hours to see the doctor. Had to give up appointment and go back home after spending almost 4 hours at the clinic.
