Google Bad Review 1: I had a very bitter experience with SQR Team today. I had a meeting with Yael Cole – Slagter, arrange meeting, but after one hour waiting in the conference room, one hour driving before that and 5 pound spend for parking, they just told me that Yael Cole – Slagter is too busy for me. The only thing I got for my wasted time and money is the shaking hand when I stepped in the office. I hope you have better practices in the security business…and in the courses, of course.

Google Bad Review (2): Time has shown that SQR is not ready for a responsible execution of a job at the Hi-End residential sector, due to lack of the qualified, adequate resources both in the managerial and an execution segments of SQR as the company.
The management prefers to engage in gossip and politics instead of meeting the real challenges and demands, put forward by the nature of the work, with this associated lack of understanding and often incorrect and untimely responses to problems and tasks, concealment of problems.
As an example at Belgravia residential house through security fault, a resident’s properties were stolen numbers of times and security of residence was compromised. The position of the security company in this respect was, that it is resident’s problem, they have to look after their property, and if they are not going trust us it will make a job easier for us.
As the employer they are reluctant with payments, very often there are delays, one has to be reminded three to four times. Also, they have a tendency to seize holiday payments under the pretext that the date for demand is overdue. The management prefers to solve all issues by phone and without witnesses. All employees are divided into classes for the 3ed class keeps desperate state to accept anything. On the part of management, there is no transparency in the work, is present permanent abuse of power, can be employed false accusation, tampered evidence. An employees questions are not solved, problems are hushed up, is practised irresponsible attitude towards employees.
This indicates a lack of sufficient management skills and a lack of understanding of the basic principles of work, hidden under slogans and under imaginary successful projects.
Said above does not mean the end of the world for SQR. The management skills can be developed. The management will benefit from the infusion of new educated reasonable staff that increase the professionalism of the company. And as a result, the company may well be able to claim responsible jobs that it is not able to do successfully right now.
