Google Bad Review 1: Awful service, placed an order over the phone today at 12.05pm and was told that it would take 45 mins to an hour max. I rang up at 1.15pm as the food hadn't arrived, the person on the phone said the driver was just leaving and would be “5 or 6 mins”. I rang up again at 1.35pm to find out where my food was, again was told “5 or 6 mins”, I rang up again at about 1.43pm and this time the person said “what do you want me to do?” and hung up on me.
10 minutes later I got a call from a delivery driver with an appalling attitude asking if I wanted the food.
If you can't get the basics right, why run a business? I tried to explain that all he had to do was give me an accurate time, as customers, we don't necessarily mind waiting for food, as long as we're not being fobbed off.
In future I'll stick to Spice Hut.

Google Bad Review (2): Order from here now and again it's decent food with unique styles. But seems like lately they're not organised enough called after 60 minutes to hear that they didn't even start cooking my order. Further 30 minutes later I got a text to say I'm getting a refund, guy on the phone confirmed this when I called. It's a shambles! Kids hungry and left waiting even more.

Google Good Review: Other people came and copying the business next door to each other. Yet they all failed in my experience and this place food is fresh as ever. And never smells of old oil cooked food.
