Google Bad Review: We booked to use this company for help with our boiler as we had no hot water or heating. They were booked to come the next day in the afternoon but called us to say there was ‘too much traffic’ to get to us. They then came the next day but didn’t give us a time. When they eventually arrived, they reviewed the boiler and explained that there were too many problems for it to be economically viable to repair. They left the boiler with the clock off and with water pouring down the side of our flat into the garden below. It also sounded worst than before they came even though it was switched off leaving us feeling worried. They told us that we needed a new boiler installed which would cost around £2700, but when asked for more info re the costs involved they refused to give un an itemised invoice. Instead they explained it would just ‘be a mid range boiler, OKAY.’ We decided to use a different company and get them around to look at the boiler as we didn’t trust speedy jet plumbers and the general managers attitude was pretty rude. When the other company came they spent 3 hours working hard to get the boiler working and all without new expensive parts. I would not recommend speedy jet plumbers.
