Google Bad Review 1: We booked to use this company for help with our boiler as we had no hot water or heating. They were booked to come the next day in the afternoon but called us to say there was ‘too much traffic’ to get to us. They then came the next day but didn’t give us a time. When they eventually arrived, they reviewed the boiler and explained that there were too many problems for it to be economically viable to repair. They left the boiler with the clock off and with water pouring down the side of our flat into the garden below. It also sounded worst than before they came even though it was switched off leaving us feeling worried. They told us that we needed a new boiler installed which would cost around £2700, but when asked for more info re the costs involved they refused to give un an itemised invoice. Instead they explained it would just ‘be a mid range boiler, OKAY.’ We decided to use a different company and get them around to look at the boiler as we didn’t trust speedy jet plumbers and the general managers attitude was pretty rude. When the other company came they spent 3 hours working hard to get the boiler working and all without new expensive parts. I would not recommend speedy jet plumbers.

Google Bad Review (2): PLEASE AVOID THESE SO CALLED ‘‘PLUMBERS’’
I had an emergency overflowing toilet water. I contacted these men. They first quoted £90 including VAT. Few minutes later they called and advised that since my problem was not a blockage but rather overflow, they charge £102 instead. So, said ok then a man came and checked. He looked at the toilet for about 2 minutes and said that he had to get one part. Few minutes later he came back with the part and put it. So, the water overflow reduced but it was still there. He tried to convince me that is should be there always. Another problem emerged about 30 minutes when he had left my flat. Water was now leaking from the pipes at the back where he had fixed the new part. I rang their office. Some rude man received the call. Most of the time pretended that he could not hear me and at some point, he dropped the phone. Later he said that he was going to come and see it. When he arrived, he made me to turn on and off water mains from the flat. He made me run around. He blamed me that I did not turn off the main water for his colleague however, his colleague had advised that he is able to do the job without turning whole water off. He tried to convince me that everything was fine. I kept on saying water is still dripping and there is a leakage now. Apparently, he was the manager. He said that the one who fixed it first, will come back on Monday (This happened on Friday). And that I will have to pay £95 again as this is a new job and they will need to fix a pump in the pipe. The pipe was ok before they touched it. The man was rude aggressive telling me that I don’t understand what I am saying. He walked away while I was still talking and even left my main door open. Saying ‘‘I cannot listen to this’’
So, in total I paid £186 for less than 30 minutes and they are demanding another £95 for the problem they caused. So, I was left with over flowing water and a leakage at the back. He asked me for a towel and left it around the toilet. After I had paid £186 pounds.
Please do not ignore this message. I read and ignored the previous reviews but this is what happened to me today. I blame myself.
The following day as I was still looking for another plumber to deal with my flooded bathroom with towels, I received a telephone call from one of the men called Peter who had inspected my place the previous day. He told me that he will refund £35 out of £186 so I remove my review from the website. I refused and said that I was still dealing with the flooding. He said that he will increase the refund to £50 then. I still maintained that I need to fix my toilet not the money even if he was to give me extra money I will not. I regretted why I had spoken to the man on phone.
Peter was very rude, intimidating, somehow racially abusive using ‘’F and C’’ words stressing that hope I heard him well. I have never been frustrated by any company in my life like this. He later sent me a txt message that I should never call him again. I am very worried that these men have my address and not sure what they can do. Please there are many other plumbers. AVOID YOU HAVE A LOT OF OPTIONS..
