Google Bad Review 1: Run away of this company, lack of professionalism of solicitors, wouldn’t reply to your calls, lack of knowledge and misrepresentation of the case ! Lost a decent claim because of misuse and misrepresenting the evidences!

Google Bad Review (2): I did not have a good experience with this practice. I spoke to the paralegal, Nicole, about my case on the 5th Feb 2021. On the call I requested to see their contract ahead of time, however Nicole said that it would be sent once she received the necessary information and paperwork from me about my specific case. I answered her questions on the call, and then she requested that I send a few documents to her, which I did on the same day. I was then contacted by the solicitor Tracey, on the 8th Feb 2021, who informed me that she would be representing me. She supplied the contracts in her introductory email for me to review and sign. After reviewing the contract, I sent her two questions I needed clarified before signing on the 9th Feb 2021. There was one particular part of the contract regarding the timeframe that had me worried, as it was contradictory to what was stated on the call by the paralegal, Nicole. I received neither an acknowledgement nor a response to this email. I sent another email to Tracy requesting a response, so that I could make a decision as to how I would proceed on the 15th Feb 2021. I have still yet to receive any response and it's now the 23rd Feb 2021. I have therefore decided against having Specters represent me given their lack of communication.
