Google Bad Review 1: Bought glasses worth £200 like 8 – 9 month ago, but one of the leg fell (all screws there, no damage – nothing), advised it would take 30min and they will give the call. Walked around the area for 2 hours – no call.
Fed up and entered shop myself to find out that they did not fixed it cause “unable” and I can purchase new frames to fit the lenses.
Disaster. Customer service there is a joke, ay the reception I been asked whom I give my glasses once I said I don't know persons name, the guy was rolling his eyes and told me to, to look around the floor and speak with him.
Yep, superprofessional.
First time I actually bought pair of glasses but I had to return it because sales person did not released that my lenses are not suitable for that frame of glasses, so lost a lot of money and they really don't care. This shop will try to charge you as much as they can!
Update:
Thanks Specsavers but I have already managed to sort it out issue with other Optician Brand, they managed to fix glasses within 5-7minutes.
