Google Bad Review 1: Order two pair of glasses. Paid straight away in the shop. Tree weeks later I called them to ask where my glasses are, I've been told they never received them , need to reorder , chase the supplier and etc. Very disappointing .

Google Bad Review (2): I had an eye test in February this year. This eye test was a few months early than recommended but was really struggling with my vision. I spent almost £200 on glasses.
The glasses at first seemed too strong but I thought I will wait for them to adjust. A few months in and I am still a bit concerned and feel that my eyesight has changed now without my glasses. I called Specsavers in Hammersmith and I was booked an appointment for a Satuday afternoon. The morning of the appointment they called to cancel. So I agreed to rebook another appointment. The morning of that appointment again they called and said the appointment is cancelled. They clearly are not concerned about my change of eyesight. And I wonder if it is because they need to honour me another eye test without paying.
It's a dissapointing reality that money seems to be of more importance that the customers eyecare. I won't be going back to specsavers .
