Google Bad Review (2): pop in for advice with my glasses which they have failed to repair twice ,from new,and to say the lady behind the counter could not of cared less is a understatement ,poor service indeed
updated so after all the issues seems i was prescribed the wrong glasses ,i got back then need to get right glasses and get charged another 99.00 and they keep the old glasses really getting ripped off here on the borders of being robbed .moorfields dartford said i should never of been given the old one , that where tajken in three times due to issues
then told to pick glasses up today and with all the issues with covid 19 lady keeps me waiting to say no we dont have them will be here tomorrow
what is the point of having phone numbers when you cant be asked to call your customers really not happy
