Google Bad Review 1: Awful customer care service.
My frames were spoilt by them and I had to go twice to collect it..the EXTREMELY rude and unhelpful female, Caucasian (possibly East European) staff member was blaise as she told me in a non chalant way that the person with whom I had the appointment had had a death in the family and so wasn't in…as a front line health care provider myself, I asked why I wasn't called to reschedule and she was disrespectful.
They should be caring for wild beasts NOT humans!!!!

Google Bad Review (2): Went into store to get a second pair of glasses for my friend. I spoke to a lady called Wendy. She shouted at us from the top of her voice just because my friend couldn’t understand English very well. She was shouting at us and could feel her droplets on my face as she wasn’t wearing a mask and came so close to us. She was spreading her.. to everyone not to mention her breath wreaked she should brush her teeth midday if she’s going to be shouting at customers.Later we complained only to find out she’s the manager. What kind of manager behaves so unprofessionally it’s a clinical environment you should be ashamed. Not a good example you are setting for the rest of your staff and this lady Wendy needs to get her act together, go to customer service lessons and be trained again as she has disgusting behaviour. We won’t be buying any more glasses from you and I’ll pass that message on to everyone I know. Appalled. You’ve lost out in your sales because of this
