Google Bad Review 1: Extremely upset to have my glasses returned to me with one missing screw, another mangled and the frames warped. How do you even manage to warp a pair of flexon frames? The remaining 2 screws are not mangled but are also damaged. The left lens is not correctly shaped resulting in a gap in the frame where it could not be tightened down further. I had to go back when I noticed the missing screw, again when i noticed it was warped and again for the second mangled screw. This is an absolute disgrace. The frames were indistinguishable from new due to the care I treat them with. To have them mangled by an incompetent stranger is ridiculous. I dare not take it back to have the left lens correctly shaped. I signed a disclaimer for breakage when fitting new lenses into my used frames and wouldn’t have minded if they broke in this way but to have Zero care and attention paid when installing my lenses is inexcusable.

Google Bad Review (2): Really really REALLY bad customer service. Had to go in multiple times, always had to wait for my appointments >10 mins which I didn't mind.
But the last appointment I arrived 8 mins late only to be told I'd missed my appointment when I could clearly see the optometrist was still with their last patient because I was told the patient after me had arrived early and was waiting.
This was after my original appointment was cancelled on really short notice a few days earlier. Waste of time, won't be coming back
