Google Bad Review (2): WHERE DID YOU LOSE YOUR HUMANITY?…
We went to the school to check a course, that was just before the Covid19, before they had to close. We paid the same day and had no issue with it. We had to come back home because of the virus and the financial crisis. We ask for a refund of the money because we couldn't do the course but they just gave us an online opcion which we didn't want it and obviously not to pay the same amount of money (800) pounds for an online course… We ask for the refound again, they told us would be around a month to get this refound but it's been almost two and after sending us more emails (many more) they finally answered saying that can't give us the money although we didn't start one single class and we can do it online or when they open again. We aren't going to come back and we don't want to do it online, they said we already started the process but we just paid, the school should understand that this is an Extraordinary situation!
We will go until the end if needed… Because we believe they don't understand the human part of it and are just looking for the money.
Hope you guys do the right thing, shouldn't be so difficult and frustrating right?
We didn't want to write this but at this point I think it's necessary to share it and see if you finally do the right thing here.
