Google Bad Review 1: Very rude,unproffessional and miserable people at the southwark council call centre.

Google Bad Review (2): Today I received an automated call from Southwark Council, to be transferred to a call handler who then asked me how they could help, my response was that they called me! So I get asked for my ref which I don't have to hand or memorised, at this point the guy starts saying the reception is bad and can't hear me. Hangs up. FYI throughput the call this guy has the most depressed tone, I genuinely think he hates his job. Anyway, very pointless, waste of money and time. Almost comedic.
Thus far pretty bad experience in terms of the setup of the organisation.
Advice is almost none existent. Not able to contact agents, unless the above scenario unfolds, FYI I did not request a call and was expecting or anticipating it. When I have spoken to an agent its felt like their experience and knowledge of the systems and procedures is limited, which is fair enough but considering the importance and priority of council tax, it shouldn't be the case.
I don't have so much availability in the working week to call and find the online system frustrating. There is no weekend customer support, which does t make much sense. I guess as long you don't end up in my position, you're probably fine. Hopefully the money is going somewhere useful.
