Google Bad Review 1: Just a heartbreaking experience. The first vet I had was rude, dismissive and resented being questioned even though my dog had a very serious oral melanoma. Next time a different vet was sent in to see me and this continued. My dog is a shadow of what he was before. I was told it would increase his quality of life, but it has destroyed him. He went in bouncy and happy, seemingly unaware of the tumour, and now he acts like he's at death's door. He is unsteady walking, barely eats, no energy, just like dead dog walking. He is my soulmate and I feel so badly having done this to him. He clearly has suffered nerve damage from his treatment, and from an online internet search, it seems it will only get worse. Seems right as he has declined every day since his last radiation appointment. Something was done very, very wrong, because radiation is not supposed to have many side effect. Now my dog gets confused even climbing stairs. And Southfields have stopped responding to my calls. Don't go there.

Google Bad Review (2): Having been kept waiting for 40 minutes for my first cat appointment, (referral so the vets knew exactly what time). and post scan, 1 hour 20 minutes to pick up my cat, i would never recommend this practice ever. . Thought I was taking my cat for a CT scan as a referral, bloods etc just done with our vet…but have to be done again, £3,600 later and 1 hour 20 minutes after trying to collect my cat, I still do not know if he has cancer or not ! Got told to call in the afternoon, after 4 calls with ” the vet will call you back in half an hour” no calls, Vet could not be bothered to actually tell me the results and no emergency's until 9.30 (as i kept calling on an hour) Still waiting for the test results. Would never ever bring my cat there again EVER…Still do not know if he has cancer or not…but apparently getting the money is more important (great receptionists though)
