Google Bad Review 1: Terrible.
I got talked into half crowns – paid over £2.500 for two. My first warning should've been that when inserting the doctor said “Ooops, I mismatched the colour… But it doesn't matter, haha”. At that price, I would expect the colour to match my teeth (when I smile, the crowns can be seen) but the doctor didn't care, I wasn't offered a discount or even apoligies. Then one of the crowns fell off only a few months later, lucky I caught it in the sink brushing my teeth! They fixed it at no cost, but it fell off AGAIN a year later – this time I went to a different dentist who said that tooth wasn't properly cleaned before putting half crown and started to decay underneath.

And do not claim I'm not a patient, I got bank receipts from you.

Google Bad Review (2): I went to this dental practice on the recommendation of my partner. I was seen the first time by an excellent dentist. The consultation started 10 minutes late (this is important for the next part) and I was charged £90 for a 15 min consultation, to be told that I should come again for a hygienist consultation.
I was unable to make it to my next appointment on two occasions, due delays on my train line. On the second occasion, when calling to let them know I could not make it, I was told there would be £40 penalty (£20 for each appointment), “in compensation for the doctor's time”.
I find this policy absolutely outrageous for 3 reasons: 1 – I did not get a discount when I was seen late, 2 – given the rates that are applied, I would expect a bit more flexibility on the commercial aspect and 3 – I was only told about when calling the second time, should I have made it, I would have been applied a £20 penalty with 0 transparency.

I do not think it is a way to treat customers. I will not be coming back.
