Google Bad Review 1: Awful! They don’t answer the phone, even if you are first in the queue you can wait up to an hour. Rude, condescending staff, and pretty much only one decent doctor, but you’ll have to wait weeks to get an appointment with him. I’m actually going to put in an official complaint as to the way I’ve been treated by them, and the problems their negligence has caused me. Hopefully if you are choosing a practice and read this, you will go elsewhere. Then at least my posting this will save someone going through what I’ve been through with this awful practice.

Google Bad Review (2): I've been with this surgery for 3 years, my doctor is very good, but the office staff are absolutely useless. I put a request for medication, but time and time again they fail to send it to my pharmacist and I have to request it again, meaning I keep running out. I've complained to Nina many times 6, 7, 8, 9, times, I've lost count, her apologies and promises are worthless. How hard can it be to do a prescription, very, very disappointing service, wouldn't recommend!

They have spent a lot of money refurbishing the interior and looks very nice, shame they didn't do something about the staff, who are extremely unhelpful and rude. If you complain about the service, they put the phone down on you. Very slow service, impossible to get appointments, ended up going to A&E, which ended up being much quicker and more pleasant, but more expensive for the NHS. I'd recommend you don't sign up with this surgery, truly awful Staff, I'd give them zero out of ten!
