Google Bad Review 1: I am really appalled by the service provided by South Park Aparthotel. This was by far the worst hotel stay I have ever experienced. The room (305) was very small, hot with no windows & no Internet. When we told the staff about the Internet, they were unhelpful and told us to go downstairs as the Internet was working there . At that point we decided to shower but the water was cold. We informed staff & were told that someone would come shortly. 20 minutes later a staff member came & confirmed that the water was indeed cold. He nonchalantly offered to move us to a twin room or have access to a single room shower (which he reassured us would have hot water) we choose the later. The water in the room (310) was cold. we called reception again & relayed all this info but the gentleman was not helpful and seemed at odds on how to help. In the morning (10am) both showers were still cold and we had to relay the whole saga to which took a further 40mins to get access to a room with hot water.

Google Bad Review (2): This has got to be by far the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. You could never watch TV never a signal it's above a construction builds so about 30 men spitting outside you bedroom from about 5 in the morning making loads of noise. They never cleaned room or changed towels. The carpets were really dirty they house family s so if your there on buiness and need your sleep then no chance as kids screaming all the time. There is a Indian restaurant in the building so constantly people in and out. They have a shared kitchen which no one cleans up after there selves. There are never any staff at desk if u need help and they cannot speck English hardly. It's under refurbishment so drilling started at 7am on a Saturday morning so no lying in. Bus stop right out side so constant noise from travel. Defo not a place to stay if on buiness it reminded me of a grubby bedsit that houses anyone as long as they make money. I think a prison cell wood of been a nicer place to stay. You have to park off site from hotel on someone road and hope you don't get a ticket. Internet never worked.toilet was breaking all the time the shower had mould all over it. Windows were completely filthy the maitenance was extremely poor standard. This room cost 100 per night as well its worth 10 quid per night if u ask me
