Google Bad Review 1: I visited this surgery because my rabbit was extremely ill. Whilst the vet had some empathy, my rabbit wasn't given the appropriate medication during the emergency and I was given incorrect advice about the condition (EC). The surgery didn't administer the medication (liquid panacur) that needed to be given to my rabbit as quickly as possible, even though it was in stock. The surgery wasn't aware that it was able to give my rabbit the liquid version of the medication safely. After doing some research, I found that other emergency surgeries are aware that they can administer the liquid medication within the first 24 hours.
If you have a rabbit I would strongly advise taking your rabbit elsewhere. Rabbits really need to be seen by specialist rabbit vets. Although I can see from the reviews that the practice is effective at treating cats and dogs.
I complained to the practice manager, but was completely steamrolled by him, which was extremely disappointing. This is why I'm giving a 1* review

Google Bad Review (2): I was put through to this number on bank holiday as my usual vet is closed. I was after some advice and spoke to a very horrible lady on the phone who offered no valuable assistance and then said ‘ok I’m going to go, bye’ laughable!
