Google Bad Review 1: I booked and paid for a hot tub on 30th April for my daughter’s 14th birthday and on Saturday 28th May I had an email saying ‘sorry, we have just realised we do not deliver to your area (despite the information saying they deliver to all area’s of Kent) we have refunded you’ leaving me with 3 working days to sort something, which is impossible leading up to a long bank holiday weekend. I am a business owner myself and would never usually want to complain but this is bad organisation and pretty ruthless on their part. I emailed to inform them about how unhappy I was and they haven’t even taken the time or effort to respond.

Google Bad Review (2): Had to cancel my order, was told I would receive a refund within 7 days….1 month later and they now just ignore my calls and emails. Do not pay these crooks any money.
Update after response from Owner: Having had no response for 6 weeks and multiple calls to Lizzy I contacted my bank for a refund as you breached your Terms of Service. My bank then contacted you, a guy called me back in November and explained the reason for the lack of communication was a rogue employee which I fully and happily accepted. You accepted my claim and the bank refunded the money the next day.
Had you asked me why I left this review instead of questioning my authenticity I would have happily removed this as the guy I spoke to on the phone was very apologetic, understood the issue and seemed genuine.
I will happily provide any evidence you require, its in a nice neat folder on my PC as I had to provide it to my bank for the refund. The fact the issue was allowed to escalate, be resolved and then you have no record of it shows your complete incompetence and ability to correctly run a business.
PS. 6 of the 5 star reviews, all convenient made the same the day are fake.
