Google Bad Review: AVOID! I had an urgent problem with one of my tooth. It was a complicated case and you didn't need to be a doctor to see that or have whatever degree you need to, so I clearly went in there asking for their opinion and to see if they thought they could fix it.
They immediately said that there was no problem at all, to come forward and they will be able to help me. Once I managed to sit on their chair something started to be weird, it was taking a lot of time, the “doctor” (if I can call him so) was asking opinions of other fellow dentists and not sure what was going on. I was asked to come back the following day because the case was too complex to be done on the day and they would need more time than what they had initially planned.
So I stayed with my broken tooth one more day and a lot of pain, however I went back there the following day and they started doing something BUT once again they were not fully done so they asked me to come back again the following week to complete the job (as first available appointment – and I had an emergency!). Clearly my tooth was still not ok and they were waiting for some “part-item”. After having a proper scheduled and confirmed appointment the following week, I get a call from the secretary the day before my appointment to cancel it because there was a missing a part which was not ordered. I said how could that be possible since you know since over a week that I am coming back because you told me to do so! They found millions of excuses and suddenly when I said that I will go elsewhere they told me the best fitting part-item for my tooth was arrived (unbelievable that happened over night!). Clearly all shady. Once I went back for the third time my tooth was still in the same conditions as they were not able to do anything and referred me to a specialist. What a joke of practice, please refrain from going there if you care about yourself, your money and your teeth! Last not least, my tooth has been fixed by a real dentist and they confirmed the previous “doctor” did a rubbish job and thinking about a law suit for them.
