Google Bad Review 1: this is the worst care home I have ever been in. I wouldn't put my dog in here. The place is filthy. As much as the staff were nice they were not very nice and the manager was officious. The receptionist was lovely. The management and owners treated their staff badly and I know were rude to them. My friend died 3 years ago and they said they had found a Will so I went over to find out about this and when I got there they thought I was viewing and showed me her room with her stuff still in it. They are appalling and still send me Christmas cards from my friend who died 3 years ago in March next year. I think social services should close them down. To think my friend, who had dementia ended up in this place at the end of her life.
