Google Bad Review 1: It's a shame when they bought all save there is no online login to the child voucher management. I don't know how they can survive in the UK for the stupid website.

Google Bad Review (2): The incompetence and arrogance of this company knows no bounds. This is my second time organising childcare vouchers, expect lengthy delays, despite the fact they make you literally chase *every* detail of the provider, including taking paperwork, having them sign/fill out forms, scanning and emailing it to this company… still expect to have to chase up a response after you've done THEIR work for them. Eventually, you will receive multiple responses to the same query (three times, to be exact), when all you wanted was a timely one after you'd done their requests promptly. This particular circumstance was dragged out over 2 weeks (initially I was asked for simple details, which I emailed, then their delayed response was MORE forms), and despite the fact we have hundreds of dollars in the Sodexo account we had to pay out of pocket this entire time. Not that matters to them, of course not! We're only customers, after all. Silly me. We'll be advocating our company switches child care providers, and advise you AVOID THEM TO BEGIN WITH.
