Google Bad Review 1: If i could give 0 stars i would. Yesterday i trialed the soprano ice treatment. They burnt my face. But their attitude after they burnt my face is why i am giving the 0 stars.
Even whilst i was sitting there for 2 hours with ice on my face after treatment , they maintained that they did nothing wrong, and i signed a waver that they can indeed BURN my face. Not even a refund for my ‘treatment'. My doctor assured me this is NOT an allergic reaction, or even a normal reaction, they burned me which i am now receiving medical treatment for.
I have been gobsmacked at the disgusting attitude i have been met with especially by the manager, even whilst crying due to my burns. I was warned by my friends of their attitude when something goes wrong and i wish i would have listened. NEVER AGAIN.
