Google Bad Review 1: Somewhat disappointed with the handling of my Invisalign treatment, many overcorrections (3) down the line with poorly fitting aligners, whenever I have raised concerns about the fit of the aligners (gaps) these have invariably been met with some resistance but the end result has been so far a different type of crowding and misalignment than I came in with and a lose tooth which is I guess part of the process. Many months added to the original target time. The issue was not complex to begin with. I am now considering a second opinion at a highly specialised clinic in Fleet Street and will address this at the next appointment.

Google Bad Review (2): I would not recommend Smilepod Bank. They can not be trusted. I visited the Periodonist, Anju Kumar for a periodontal consultation. At the end of the consultation, I was quoted a price for further work.The next day, I received an email stating the cost would be far more than was originally quoted, with no explanation, an no change in treatment description. I would also add that during the interview I was asked intrusive questions about what I did for a living. None of that should be relevant to my treatment. The dentist Anju Kumar pretended to say it was because she wanted to know if I had any meetings, as this would effect my ability to speak after local anaesthetic. However, she could have just made this point, rather than prying into personal information. I now think this was a “SOCIAL ENGINEERING” attempt by her, to see how much she could get away with charging. I am now wondering if her analysis can be trusted at all, as she was motivated by financial gain. I have been a Smilepod customer for a number of years, this is one of many incidents I have now come to realize were probably motivated more by financial greed rather than patient care. I will no longer use them for anything.
