Google Bad Review 1: I attended this surgery a year ago to have a wisdom tooth removed. It was a terrible experience, the dentist yanked on the tooth for around 30 minutes then told me I would need surgery to have it removed plus due to the strength and location of the tooth it could effect my jaw structure. At the time as I was in pain the dentist basically took the crown off and left the root and charged me for his services. Last week the wisdom tooth again begun hurting, i didn't go back to smile and found a new dentist who today confirmed that it was infected and the root needed to be removed which he done with no struggle within half an hour. When I explained to my new dentist he confirmed that the dentist at smile should have split the roots attempting to remove. I do not recommend this surgery

Google Bad Review (2): I had an emergency appointment in the practice last October when my tooth broke. The dentist placed a “temporary filling” in my tooth without using any additional instruments to shape it properly and ended up closing the gap between teeth. He wanted me to come back another time to replace that filling. I went to another dentist instead and it turned out that wasn’t a temporary filling, but permanent and it wasn’t necessary in the first place. My tooth had to be drilled further so that new filling could be placed properly, which means that the dentist in Smile actually caused additional damage to it. Would not recommend at all.
In addition to this review – my husband had two root canals done here a few years ago. One of the teeth that was treated broke a few months ago and had to be extracted. He went to a different practice to check the other tooth and was told that the root canal was done badly and had to be re-done. Now they’re trying to save that tooth by putting a crown on it.
