Google Bad Review: Smilecliniq is the last place you want to try in any situation! I was and still having a bit of an issue with tooth implant (feel it a bit loose)and booked an emergency appointment to have it looked at and hopefully to get it sorted! I was initially charge £30 and was told a further £35 would be added once I’ve been seen! When I got there, the dentist inform me that she is unable to do anything at this time and that another appointment would be needed so I can be seen by his colleague who I’ve been told deal with implants mainly. Obviously, I was not very happy as I detailed my issue with the implant when I filled in the form on line and not only that, I was told to cough up the additional £35 which was out of question! Anyway, tried to reason with them and I was booked for yet another appointment with the so called “specialist” and again, was going to cost me £65! Thought fair enough, as long as it’s sorted, I have no issue with paying again!
When I got there the second time, I was met by the dentist and quickly explain my concern and he said he was going to carry out a full mouth examination something which I was told during my first visit! But nothing like that happen, instead, he was rambling on about different kind of implants and how his clinic have superior quality and blah blah! Anyway, now the bombshell, told me because he was unsure about the type of implant I have, he can’t to anything but he’s going to take it off and have a look and that would cost me an extra £175!
Two wasted journey, total of £95 and still nothing and they want more money! Smile cliniq doesn’t care about patient welfare, only thing that matters is your money! I won’t even give them half star but needed to for the review! MY ADVICE TO ANYONE IN NEED OF DENTIST, THERES BIGGER,BETTER AND CHEAPER ALL OVER LONDON, STAY AWAY IF YOU DONT WANT TO PART WITH YOUR HARD EARN DOSH!
