Google Bad Review 1: I used to work at this company in the Human Resources department. I left off of my own accord because of the salary they were offering me, the level and competency of the work given and the quality (lack thereof) professionalism and the organisation as a whole. I hope you find this review valuable coming from someone who was a part of head office.
Recruitment. We would invite candidates in for a 5 minute interview, not read their CV (usually put to a side once the interview was over never to be seen again) and afterwards, not communicate with candidates who were unsuccessful. Unprofessional.
Employees calling the office. 9/10 times, you would be “fobbed off” as the other HR staff called it. If they could not be bothered to take your call, or didn’t like you, they would fob you off, and tell you that the person you’d like to speak to is not available when they in fact are.
Screening. Many of the employees here were being asked for their right to work documents up to 2 years AFTER they were employed! This is against the SIA regulations and unprofessional.
A word from a person with common sense… don’t recruit such a capacity that you cannot handle! If you can’t keep the paperwork up to date because there are too many employees to manage, don’t hire them! Steady paced and organised beats eagerness to grow and unprofessional habits
