Google Bad Review (2): Awful service. I had booked an appointment with an unprofessional salesman at Smartwheel Motors called Jimmy to view a vehicle the next day for a certain price.
The next day, as I was on my way and about 30 minutes away from their office (which I told them is about 2 hours away) to view the vehicle and transfer the money to purchase it, I was told that the director (Mr. Sahil) had increased the price by £3000 for no apparent reason, just because he felt like it.
I then waited for a call back from my initial advisor (Jimmy) which never came. When I called in to speak to him, his attitude was disgusting, he constantly raised his voice to speak over me, and started asking patronising and rhetorical questions such as “but did you pay a deposit though?”. He didn’t apologise for the mistake his director (Mr Sahil) made and when I asked to speak to Nassir Sahil, I was told “you can’t speak to him, he sits in Dubai”.
Extremely unprofessional service, don’t waste your time, they’ll just try to get more money out of you.
