Google Bad Review 1: If you looking to book this place avoiddd!! I’m so disappointed and disgusted by the way David (the events manager) has treated us!
I messaged David looking to book a hall for the 14th august for my daughter first birthday and christening on the same day! We was being charged £28 per head for a buffet meal with in total with hall was costing us around £2500 with VAT however me and husband decided to go with self catering as the food alone was Costing £1900 with very little option! As soon as I wanted self catering he sent me the new invoice quoting the new price which was fine! But it little print saying we have to purchase drinks from them which I understand everyone has to make there own money! So I rang David and said to him ok can I order 10 jug of juice for the children he was like ok no worries leave it with him and he will send me the new invoice! So yesterday I received an emails saying

Many thanks for your email, although I’m afraid we’re not going to be able to accept this booking. I’m a little concerned that we are not really offering what you both want for this celebration.
So he basically cancelled my whole event after booking 2 soft plays that I put a deposit down on to now left having to look for another hall!
AVOID AT ALL COST IT NOT WORTH THE TIME!
