Google Bad Review 1: I was told on the phone that the consultation was £100 but that included the treatment. When I arrived at my appointment the doctor was cold and unfriendly (clearly just waiting for my appointment to be over so she could go for lunch). I had an appointment to discuss my verruca's, but throughout the whole session she did not touch my feet. She paid very little attention to my concerns and all she wanted to discuss was the further costs for the 2 options, laser treatment or surgery. I was then told that she did not do the laser options and that I would need to do a further consultation with a different doctor, costing an additional £100 before paying for my treatments (£400 to remove 5 verruca's) I was blown away by her lack of interest in my health problem and only interest in how to make more money out of me. I went in there expecting a full consultation, a discussion about my feet, how bad they were, any advice. Instead she told me I have just 2 verruca's, which I then had to point out to her that she was wrong, that she could do nothing for me in the session that I had paid £100 for and in total I was with her for less than 10 minutes as there kept being awkward silences between us. She made me feel very uncomfortable and did not help me at all. I had to keep pushing for the conversation, asking the pros and cons for both options, what was her view etc which she offered no advice and kept going silent.
When I said thank you I will need to think about it (I was not expecting the treatment to be an additional £400!) she then miraculously came up with another solution of self applied acid. She wrote me up a prescription, but not noting how much of the treatment I would need. I then said this to her and her response was ‘ Did I think one bottle would be enough?' I mean I know nothing about this, I was expecting her to be the professional here but I said that maybe note down 2 bottles as I have 5 verruca's (which she seemed to forget). I then asked for a price and she said it would be roughly £20 per bottle and sent me on my way. I then went to boots on my way home and the treatment was only £3 a bottle and I got more help from the pharmacist on how to apply and how often that I did from the ‘specialist' I had just paid £100 to. I felt like I had been totally ‘mugged off'.
Overall I have had an appalling experience with SKIN and I will be recommending people to stay well clear of your clinics in future. It would also be advised to teach your doctors some empathy while dealing with paying clients who are self conscious about their health problem!! I feel completely let down by this whole experience and I have paid £100 for absolutely nothing. This took place in the clinic on Procter Street, London.

Google Bad Review (2): This clinic is very unprofessional. They try to get client by offering discounts but they don't offer a professional service and i don't think the beauticians are properly trained. I booked to have a hydrafacial and the first time i went they used a body and face cleanser on my face which really stung my face. I have NEVER been to a salon which has used a body wash on my first. She then told me that she didn't have any headbands and so ‘ would try not to get anything on my hair' ?!?!?! I didnt have the facial this time. On my next visit i had the facial which was DEFINITELY NOT a hydrafacial I have had in other clinics. DO NOT USE THIS SALON AND FALL FOR THEIR MARKETING PLOY. THEY JUST WANT TO TAKE YOUR MONEY AND NOT OFFER A GOOD SERVICE. IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR SKIN PAY £50 EXTRA AND GO TO A PROFESSIONAL SALON.
