Google Bad Review 1: I called the skincare practice to try and book an appointment. I was met with a rude receptionist. She was not knowledgable at all. She couldn’t even find my patient history because they had put my birthday down wrong in their system. I then asked how much it would be to have a consultation. I was thinking around £120 seeing as how I only wanted to have some spots checked for skin cancer. I went to this clinic a few years again and paid over £400 (including a few creams they sold me, it was £220 for the appointment) and was told the price was so high because I had to pay a one-time consultation fee. This morning when trying to book an appointment I was told for a five minute appointment it would be £180. I asked why so much for a five minute appointment? And was told if I didn’t like their prices I could book elsewhere. I then said you’re not very kind, just book the appointment. She then placed me hold for over 10 minutes. When I rang back I had the pleasure of speaking to Tina. Who was condescending, snotty and rude again. This “skincare clinic” if that’s what you want to call it, is not worth your time or money. Save yourself and go to a clinic that actually cares about skin cancer and their patients.

Google Bad Review (2): This place is a horrible place to work, you are treated like a slave and management treats staff so bad to the point that you are shouted at like a child. Some of the management there treats people off colour as if they are insignificant and really looks down on them. I hope this review helps anybody looking for long for term role. For your mental being please avoid this place. I have no choice but to give one star, otherwise they will be getting less than zero.
