Google Bad Review: Omar Sharif lacks cultural information/understanding. First thing he does is to offer prescription instead of over the counter medicine, hasn't been to Boots or Superdrug often enough .Dr Joley retired and as he is the Oldest he gets to be “senior” doctor. Again maybe a cultural thing but he does not call when you have a “telephone appointment”. I have had to complain to reception for him to call me. After dealing with him, I noticed other doctors were not calling me when I had phone appointment. If they are over worked they should turn new patients away. I have to find a new GP. This surgery's reception seems much better now.
