Google Bad Review: I know these guys have great reviews and stats but in our experience they were terrible! Not a single viewing for 6 weeks and didn't bother giving any updates unless we called them, even then the only advice was to reduce our price. We would have done this but without any viewings or feedback we didn't agree. We asked to be released from our contract but Jackie refused. It was brought to our attention that another seller had a very similar experience to ours and had been released from their contract. Only after highlighting this to Rob did they agree. We went to a local competitor who arranged 9 viewings even before we went live, after feedback we agreed to go with the lower asking price. We eventually sold for a whopping 11k over asking price (only 9k below original asking price). Would never use Sinton Andrews again and have advised our friends and family not to either. Absolutely awful!
